Comments: Started out way too fast...bonehead move! I know better than to do that. Had trouble around mile 7, fell off pace. Last three miles were a strugglefest. What would you do differently?: Paced my first half of the run properly...slowed myself down so I would have had more left for the second half where I usually do best. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, lamenting my silly too fast start. What limited your ability to perform faster: Mental stuff, cockiness I guess, thinking I could hold a faster pace the entire run.
