Comments: Fumbled a bit with my shoes & took a little time to clip in. What would you do differently?: Relax & practice with shoes on bike. Bike
Comments: I went a little easyer on the bike to save some for the run. I also had a car in my lane on one occasion,still a good ride. What would you do differently?: Use my tri-bike & not my road bike. Transition 2
Comments: Started to head to the wrong rack. What would you do differently?: Pay more attention to where I was racked. Run
Comments: Set a personal best on the run buy going a little easier on the bike,amazing how that works :)) What would you do differently?: I need to get my weight down from 240 lbs. to around 200 lbs. This fall/winter I am going to focus on my running. Post race
Warm down: Nice free cold glass of beer :) What limited your ability to perform faster: 240 lbs. Event comments: Only third year for the race & second year for me,the race is only getting better.
