Get there early (5:15am) & get setup. B.S. with some good friends,stretch,eat & drink a bit.

I went a little easyer on the bike to save some for the run. I also had a car in my lane on one occasion,still a good ride.

Use my tri-bike & not my road bike.

Set a personal best on the run buy going a little easier on the bike,amazing how that works :))
What would you do differently?:

I need to get my weight down from 240 lbs. to around 200 lbs. This fall/winter I am going to focus on my running.

Event comments:

Only third year for the race & second year for me,the race is only getting better. Had a great race with some good friends,looking forward to next year & a much smaller me :)
