lost my timing ship right out of the water. It was found later, so I wore it after the bike leg. caoused me a log t1.

secure timeship well. practice more drafting.

heart rate seemed high at the start.

Event comments:

The bike leg seemed to me the most challenge. I am using this race as a trainning for the full Ironman cda. in June.
