Comments: Did good, two minutes faster than my goal. Not bad for an overwight old guy who just starting running less than two months ago! Right leg felt a little more stressed than normal, nothing I couldn't tough out, though. What would you do differently?: Maybe wear shoes I train in instead of shoes I haven't worn in a year for a race! Post race
Warm down: Walked around, stretched, drank gatorade, ate a granola bar. What limited your ability to perform faster: Shoes weren't broken in? Event comments: This race was fun all-around. Up early enough to make sure restroom business is out of the way, Cup of coffee(drank on the hour drive down),
Stretch, jog 100 yeards or so to get the blood moving.
