Woke up at 5 am.. walked around the apartment to get mentally ready.
did a little yoga breathing and stretching.
I was worried that my legs would be affect 10 miler i did week before.
i jogged maybe a mile to warm up.. I tweaked my back.. felt like someone kicked me in the middle of my back. was worried that it would hinder me in race.. stretched and creeped to my corral..
