Comments: Great run considering.. Im currently dealing with a minor cold. First 4 miles were great.. 36 minutes things started unraveling at mile 5.. my stomach was really bothering me.. slowed pace to get it together.. didn't work..this lasted through mile 8. mile 6 split was 56 (sucks) ignored the stomach problems for the remainder of race final split was 8:40 What would you do differently?: i dont know what caused my stomach issues.. whatever it was, not do it again... need to stretch more.. hips were really tight..the effected my strides towards the end of race. Post race
Warm down: Walked around... stretched, ate a banana, drank 2 beers.. relaxed for a bit What limited your ability to perform faster: stomach issues put a damper on race today.. but all and all, i did well considering the circumstances Event comments: J&A racing, puts on great events..
