Comments:

1st Triathlon ever... ranked 241 out of 266. Very difficult breathing through suit, went off course by 50' several times, OWS clearly needs improvement.

Comments:

The brutal swim wiped me out, I rode the bike a little too hard to make up time and then was exhausted by the time the run came. Three days prior to the run, I had a time of 28 mins for 3 miles during a training run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Only six weeks of dedicated training. I lost almost a week of hard training due to high 90 temps about two weeks before the race

Event comments:

I really enjoyed this race and am looking forward to redeeming myself next year. Next year's goal is to shave 20-30 mins off this race.
