Pre-race routine:

Up at 5am, had a little oatmeal and some coffee, then arrived 2 hours early. Should have slept in a littl more!
Event warmup:

New pedals yesterday, so did about 3 miles on the bike to make sure I could clip in and clip out easily. Thank goodness I could. Nothing like new pedals for race day.

I love this little race...2nd time I've raced Osprey. GREAT technical long-sleeved T-shirt this year. And the medals were awesome! Hope they continue the quality products where it counts.
