Ate Oh's mixed with total flakes cereal the night before. Did not sleep very well the night before.



Ate 2 Eggos, yogurt, oj and drank about 48 oz o water

Excellent run. Best run ever! Hamstring got tight after 5 min.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Right hamsring. Needed to baby it on the bike. Bike pushed as hard as I could. Need a road or tri bike for aero.

Event comments:

Had fun! Not a lot of folks competing, but I felt really good for this race outside of my hamstring!
