Pre-race routine:

After carb loading all day the day before, I felt shithouse. I don't think this is such a good idea for me, since I generally have a disagreement with carbs at the best of times... I felt bloated and disgusting. Luckily that calmed down overnight!

Practise hills ;)

Warm down:

Sit down... eat some food... ride back to the car... go have some bevvies :)

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Not enough cycling training. Too much multisport :)

Event comments:

Fantastic event. Pity I won't be able to do it next year!
