Ran first 1.5 miles, then did 5 min run/1 min walk routine until the last 2 miles - ran last two miles. Felt great miles 7-11, had to push the last two. Steve helped!
What limited your ability to perform faster:
Slight pain in left knee. Legs got tired around mile 11.
Good, fun race, just very crowded. We were dodging people the whole 13.1 miles! Then the finishing chute was CRAZY! Just too crowded!
