usuall breakfast, streach.... got the new puppy out for his buisness... picked up suzie at 7h40 so we could go watch the marathon start

warmed up with jean-guy gautreau short run around the mall parking lot

Comments:

good run, stayed with the group, when they would get ahead after the stations id accelerate to catch them so i could stay in the draft... worked well together
What would you do differently?:

nothing really... an extra gel would have helped in the last part... was running out of gas

Warm down:

ran to change at the car and watched people come in

Event comments:

a 2 because it was long... marathon was over 43km and half was 500m too long!!!
