Same 'ol Same 'ol pool swim. With a jacked shoulder and only 3X swimming in the last 3 mos., I wasn't displeased. It was actually a PR for me.
What would you do differently?:

I need to devote my "off" season to getting better at the swim.

Was in pretty severe oxygen deprivation for a large portion of the bike course. With as little cycling as I've done, I was pleased with my ride. This was also a PR for me (mph).
What would you do differently?:

Cycle more.

I thought my T2 was pretty slow. But, in the overall scheme, it was OK.

I need to learn to dismount with my shoes still clipped in and leave them on the bike.

Great race with a great cause. The RD did a magnificent job. Everything went smoothly.
