Comments: run went well. I took a Hammer gel during T2 and felt a little gastro distress during mile 3. Glad that I practiced the course on Monday. Only walked once during the entire run. What would you do differently?: tie shoes (yanks) tighter in t2 Post race

packed car night before, got a good night's sleep. Ate peach and packed PB on round bread. Arrived 6:30 and filled tires with air. Body marking, chip and TA set up; rode bike about 5 minutes to set up,
swam 25, 50, 75, 100, 100 and felt stiff in water. Legs were a bit cramped. Last 100 was best of the warm up
