Pre-race routine:

Up at 5:20 after being up multiple times with my 2yo. Had coffee, whole wheat english muffin with peanut butter and honey, banana, and filled my water bottle. Got to the race with plenty of time for stretching and two trips to the bathroom.

My GPS says the course was only 12.89. Makes my stats look worse but probably more realistic.
Course: rolling hills til 6-9 where there are some tougher stretches of hills. Nothing too big but not entirely enjoyable either. Beautiful course through residential areas.
