Very cold outside and run from pool to bike was 200 plus meters. I took way to long changing into dry clothes..
What would you do differently?:

My bike was squeaking from somewhere in the front wheel. Has been running perfectly for months then during the race it sounded like an old clunker.I did'nt want to stop to fix it turned out to be my front brak slightly out of alignment.
What would you do differently?:

tune up the bike before the race.

I needed to pee just after I started to run and every time a foot hit the ground my bladder reminded me so. Made the run segment rather uncomfortable. Too many cameras around to sneak into the bushes..

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Right now as this is my first season my big limiters are excess body weight and training time.

Event comments:

Even though I did not perform as well as I had hoped I really enjoyed this race. I am looking forward to next year to see the changes in my times with further training.
