Comments: Good T1 had a little trouble with socks, next year I will look at racing without. What would you do differently?: Run a little fast through the transition area. Bike

Comments: Had a relay team set up a picnik right in my transition area and they would'nt move as I ran up calling " I am coming in right there" as I approached the end of the last rack. What would you do differently?: Faster run through the area. Run
Comments: Out of gas, no nutrition to keep my pace up. Same time as last year so at least I didn't loose at any portion of the race. What would you do differently?: Extra gels. Post race
