Felt strong coming out of the water, just realized after looking at my watch that I took way too long. Not too long because of strength, just navigation technique.

learn proper sighting techniques

no wetsuit improved time. Long run from water to TA. Felt strog after swim, just took too long due to navigation roblems.

Assisting with race setup the day prior left me feeling depleted.

I only decided to train for/run this race 5 weeks prior. Originally planned for the sprint a few weeks before and the Olympic a few weeks after to be my first two triathlons ever.
