Comments: Had a great run. I wanted to push the first run and then go from there. I think I could have run 30 seconds faster and still had plenty left for the rest of the race. What would you do differently?: Maybe push a little harder on the first run. Transition 1
Bike
Comments: Here's where I probably messed up. I wanted to conserve on the bike but I really laid up way too much. I should have been easily 5 minutes faster on the bike. I just goofed this up! What would you do differently?: Pushed harder on the bike. I had it but just didn't use it. Transition 2
Comments: Well, by this time my arms, legs, feet, and everything else were frozen. Made getting through transition fun! What would you do differently?: ??? Run
Comments: Well, not too bad considering conditions. I couldn't feel my feet at all until 2 miles in. By this time there was really no one around me putting any pressure on so I kind of settled into a realatively easy pace. I probably could have been about a minute faster had I been pushed. What would you do differently?: Run harder. Post race
What limited your ability to perform faster: Nice physical effort but mentally slipped alitte bit on the bike. Event comments: Great race organization. If you're looking for good races next year look up Muncie Multisport...they put on great races. Last updated: 2010-10-05 12:00 AM
