Comments: My lack of training for the past 6 weeks over the holidays caught up to me. My cardio was great, just the pain in the knees and hips slowed me way down. What would you do differently?: More training miles before the race. I did not run a long run of more than 10 mile or more than 25 mpw the 6 weeks leading up to the race. And I felt it. Post race
