Comments:

Ran out of gas around mile 7. Legs were really hurting and I think the fact I was sick the past week really caught up to me. I slowed my pace at the end but kept pushing.
What would you do differently?:

Better eating night before. Didn't really think I was going to run competatively today so didn't really focus on nutriton.

Warm down:

Glad I brought a change of clothes as it was pretty cold today. Got a nice hot cup of Dunkin Donuts French Vanilla!

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Being sick all week. Lack of training

Besides the over crowding it was great.

Course: Very tight course for the first 2-3 miles - LOTS OF WALKERS who need to learn to seed themselves better. I started in the 8:00/mile corral was passing walkers in the first few miles.
