I could have pushed a bit harder....1'st time ever biking after running, so it was a little bit weird.

My legs were pretty fatigued at this point. It had also warmed up so my tights were a little hot.
What would you do differently?:

Just push it out harder....could have easily pulled an 8:30 out.
