Poor swim. First time in wetsuit and first time in lake this season. Never found a comfortable rhythm.

Practice in wetsuit in lake.

Do not plan to do the run. Event website says they have an AquaBike race. Competitors will be able to participate in the swim and bike only.

Warm down:

Just tried to stand up with out cramping.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Swim conditioning was OK more of a mental problem. Bike motor needed some more mileage.

Event comments:

Hardest/Longest race I have participated in to date. Fun though.
