It was my first tri. Stretch, bathroom, and just try to figure out exactly what to do.

Watch out for barnicals on boat launch. Need to work on swimming straight in open water. Banging in the open water is more difficult than in the pool. Don't remember times but came out in the middle of the pack.

Was a little out of breath on transition. Took my time to put on my shoes and shirt.
What would you do differently?:

would organize my layout mat to where i can be more efficient when grabbing gear, towels ect.

First time to ever bike that far. Wasn't used to the bike i was on or shifting gears.

Get a better helmet. Train more on bike

My legs were more tired from the bike than I expected. i kept on same clothes and shoes, so all I had to do is jump off the bike.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing I could really do differently.
