Woke up, drove from Orlando with a couple of buddies, registered, set up transition zone, listened to some tunes...

Not really sure... the waves were big, and one could hardly see the bouys

Uhm... I couldn't get my top on for the life of me. Then I ripped my number so I had to re-pin it. My bike shoes have laces as well, so i spent time time trying to lace them up. At a gel pack and drank some Gatorade mainly to get the salt water out of my mouth...
What would you do differently?:

Get a looser jersey... dumb spandex.

What can I say, I puked twice... But i knew I could make up time in the biking so that didn't stop me. I also figured I puked from drinking some salt water.

Well I have 2 broken legs. My left ankle has 16 screws and 2 plates, my right femur has 1 rod, 2 screws, and 1 torsion pin... Running is not my forte.

Run more.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Going out the night before to the Orlando Magic Game and having several beers. Oh and my 2 busted up legs.
