Swim
Comments: The swim start waves seemed timed very well as I didn't run into many swimmers from the previous leg and I wasn't getting run over from the faster swimmers in the leg after ours. What would you do differently?: Continue working on getting faster in the pool. I've seem some descent improvements but I still have a long way to go. Transition 1
Comments: Grass field transition which I don't like, but it was well maintained and they said the night before the were cleaning up the area and removing ant hills. What would you do differently?: Train to have shoes already cliiping and run barefoot. Bike
Comments: I definitely wasn't expecting to be this fast on the bike, but I was feeling good and everything seemed to be going my way, I never really did hammer it but maybe that was good for how hot it got while out on the run. I tend to get excited during races and my heart rate elevates so I spun a little to bring it back down. What would you do differently?: Keep on training and getting faster. Transition 2
Comments: Almost fell coming in because I squeezed the brakes a little to much but was still able to dismount without stopping. What would you do differently?: Need to figure out what to do with wet feet to not waste so much time putting on socks. Run
Comments: Really started overheating on the run, but luckily they had sponges so I grabbed a lot of them and used them to keep me cool. Overall I felt like I had a good run with a great kick at the end. What would you do differently?: Continue getting faster. Post race
Warm down: Walked around, drank some water, and just relaxed. What limited your ability to perform faster: Nothing, I was 6 3/4 minutes below my goal time so I couldn't have asked for anything more. Event comments: This was an A+ event and I've been very impressed with Onurleft's organization and the professionalism of the two events I've done so far. Now if Aaron will just add an Olympic-distance to this tri we'll be good to go. Last updated: 2010-10-23 12:00 AM

Long drive to the race so I woke up at 3:20 ate a small bowl of cereal and had some coffee. Then loaded up the car and started driving.
Set-up the transition, drank some water, stretched a little, then went to the swim start and did a short warm-up in the water
