Run
Comments: Started off feeling good. Keeping great pace and feeling loose through mile 5. My plan was to hold off until mile 9 and then crank it up a bit from there...well, i went to crank it up and had nothing and struggled to keep going. What would you do differently?: Drop the temp to be what I trained in, not 20 degrees hotter and pace slower at start regardless of how good I feel Post race
Warm down: Got food and went home. Felt dizzy for a bit What limited your ability to perform faster: Starting off too fast based upon the weather conditions. Looking for to working with a coach during tri season to help eliminate the drop offs from training to race day Event comments: Another well put on race. Last updated: 2010-10-24 12:00 AM
