Comments: Another PR at the half distance. My 5k was 19:45, when punched into Mcmillan I got a 1:30:50 so I paced roughly on that. 2 seconds difference, crazy. What would you do differently?: Start going quicker on the last 5k instead of 4k. Post race
Warm down: Stretch, huge after-race breakfast with pancakes, bacon, sausages etc. What limited your ability to perform faster: Volume in the last month was not perfect as we just had a baby. Event comments: Best race to end the season on. Last updated: 2010-10-25 12:00 AM

3 days prior off, 2 poptarts 2 hrs before, some water, gel 15 before with a bit more water. Cold but above zero so wore Zoot ultra shorts, armor shirt then long sleeve tech, running hat and gloves.
2 500-1K runs to get things moving.
