Run
Comments: I treated this just like a training run, because basically that is what it was. This was a significant milestone on my way to Half Iron in Sept. Pacing was just right, and asthma was under control. It was a great run. What would you do differently?: Maybe a bit more run volume. Post race
Warm down: Stretching, walking, hydrating. Slow bike ride the day after to work out the soreness. Event comments: Still waiting on the race results to be posted online, but it really does not matter. I finished a 1/2 marathon which is the longest I have ever run therefore a personal best. Last updated: 2006-02-25 12:00 AM
