Comments: Cramped up pretty badly. I don't really know how to fix that, but it happens a lot on the long runs. What would you do differently?: I would have done my shorter runs for training more often. Dress a little warmer, perhaps? It's hard to know what to wear because I sweat SO MUCH. Post race
Warm down: Not too much. Stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: Me. I don't think I really believed I could do it. I've never been a runner and I still have a hard time believing this is me! Event comments: Great race. Plenty of volunteers and drink stations. Fun activities. The mile markers seemed off compared to my friend's Garmin, but it came together in the end. I HATED the hill right at the end, but it pushed me, so I can't really complain too much! Got up at 4:30 to eat some oatmeal. Drank a bunch of water. Left the hotel at 7am to go to the route.
Walking from the car to the beginning of the race. We went to the back, but I still got pushed!
