Warm down: Nothing. Just walked to the car and stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: Soreness in my legs Event comments: I would do this race again and smash my time. I was very disappointed with my time and the way I felt during the race. After 4-5 miles I was toast. I need to feel 100% going into a half marathon.
