Ate a bagel and a banana at 415am then layed in bed, stretched a little bit.

Legs were shot from the 10 mile run I did a week ago. Note to self: No hard workouts 10 days before the race to recover on time
What would you do differently?:

Chill 2 weeks before the race. Do short workouts only

Nothing. Just walked to the car and stretched

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Soreness in my legs

Event comments:

I would do this race again and smash my time. I was very disappointed with my time and the way I felt during the race. After 4-5 miles I was toast. I need to feel 100% going into a half marathon. I need to do another one
