Pre-race routine:

Only got 1 hour of sleep, had an almost 3 hour drive to Jacksonville, had bad foot pain, almost decided not to do the race, but I was already registered.

I felt horrible. I was dehydrated, sleepy, and had severe foot pain, and ran as fast as I could handle it so I could stop sooner

Not show up to a race injured and with only 1 hour of sleep

Dehydration, lack of sleep, injury

Event comments:

It was a great race put on by 1st place sport, I was just having a bad race day.
