Pre-race routine:

Hotel pack up etc, get up very early, not much sleep.
Event warmup:

Nothing at all. Bad logistically for transition to swim start etc.
Bussed over, only swim warm up was an hour or so before my wave anyhow.

Pretty much a horrible swim and took me out of my possible top 20 and 2:30 time target. Bad swim even for me for some reason but I refuse to go in the wetsuit wave..lol.
What would you do differently?:

Just need to get better at swim.

After my piss poor swim, I needed a bit of time so actually put socks on and shoes in trans etc. OK time but i would have been faster if i didnt swim in 35 freaking minutes...and spent!

Swim better and will have shoes on bike for Harrisburg

Bike course 10 (Enough short hills to pass groups, enough flat out fast flats to keep speed)
Run course: 6 Nothing wrong really, just too bad it couldnt be more downtown Philly run since it's the Philly Tri-Kind of boring
