Longest run 18 miles. need to work on doing more long runs

12:44, 13:52 hill, 13:17, 13:13, 13:29 BR break woods, 13:16, 14:24 hill, 12:56, 13:49, ran most of this first part. HA tylenol, gu, water. walked most of next three miles.13:18, 14:49, 13:48, 14:46 started to feel better. walked and ran rest or race 15:11,14:05, 14:11, 15:02, 14:37, 14:27, 14:53, 15:11, 15:33, 14:25, 14:42, 14:46, 12:25
Course: last year 6:41. Pace group started too fast. after two miles I slowed down. ran on and off with kim till mile 10 when got HA. after HA resolved felt pretty good. Came in second of my pace group for FTM
