Out and back. It was nuts! Had to walk a long way before it got deep enough to swim. Then the current was really strong and I got caught in the pack and kept running into people and getting run into. Lots of starting and stopping. Never got into any kind of rhythm. Had to backstroke a couple times to catch my breath. All the drills I was working on went out the window - I just worked on surviving.
