Pre-race routine:

Great nutrition and hydration plan the days before. Eat light; drink lots of water and gatoraid for electrolytes. Limited pop and focused on good foods. Made a huge difference today.

Very Hot! Few times found good pace, few other times felt like I was dizzy and nauses. Can't think of much that I could do differently.

Just too hot to keep good pace and focus.
