ate breakfast at 630, 1 egg, toast, apple butter, banana peanut butter

woke up around 6AM, drove to a friends, she drove down. had a 5hr energy during race and 1 gel

longest race to date, on the toughest course to date but have never felt so good during/after a run... strange feeling..

even had a runners high next day but quads were sore
What would you do differently?:

pushed a little harder in second half, was tough with the single file and the holes
