Comments: Started great as there was no one in front of me for two lanes. However, I had been practicing in a 25 meter pool and my times were way off. Eventually caught a huge group of people and couldn't get around. Literlly walked a full length. What would you do differently?: submit accurate swim times. :-) ![]() Transition 1
Comments: I just wear my running shoes so getting on the bike and into the peddles is easy for me. What would you do differently?: Spend less time getting dry socks onto wet foot. I can't run barefoot in shoes so I just need to practice. ![]() Bike
What would you do differently?: Since i live on the coast its tough but i need to learn how to change gears on hills. ![]() Transition 2

Comments: I am a horrible runner. Don't really practice like I should. The heat and hills killed me and my time showed it. was hoping for less than 30 min. Stopped once at emt to borrow a hat.
