Comments:

Started great as there was no one in front of me for two lanes. However, I had been practicing in a 25 meter pool and my times were way off. Eventually caught a huge group of people and couldn't get around. Literlly walked a full length.
What would you do differently?:

submit accurate swim times. :-)

I just wear my running shoes so getting on the bike and into the peddles is easy for me.
What would you do differently?:

Spend less time getting dry socks onto wet foot. I can't run barefoot in shoes so I just need to practice.

I am a horrible runner. Don't really practice like I should. The heat and hills killed me and my time showed it. was hoping for less than 30 min. Stopped once at emt to borrow a hat. The sun was beating on my bald head.

I have only done 3 but this was my favorite. The atmosphere around the race was awesome. There were several fans out cheering.
