Comments:

Everybody headed straight out for the bouy and ended up way off course, I tried to be clever and head straight out, well that back fired, I ended up by myself and still way off course.

Now I now how Mel feels, I got stung for the first time on the way out. I made sure nothing was left in my Tri-suit.
What would you do differently?:

I know I need to do more swimming but I didn't really feel that bad.

My bike leg is definitely getting better, I am just a little bummed about my overall result.
What would you do differently?:

Just keep plodding on with my training, I only averaged 29 and yet I still beat 2/3rds of the field, goes to show how tough it was.
