Pre-race routine:

Got up way to early, ate breakfast, got to race start 1 hour earlier than planed. Thought race started at 7:30, turned out to be 8:30

Comments:

Love this race, 4th time at this site. Will most likely skip it next year to try the RNR New Orleans though.
What would you do differently?:

Before the race didn't run more than 10 miles, really felt it at mile 12, where the race started to come apart. Best race ever from 5K-12K time wise.

Love this race, although I noticed that the end of race food selection was not as good as past years. Not sure if it is the economy, or that the race folks are starting to cut back a little with all the races that then now run.

Course: Flat until mile 9, slight hill at mile 9then flat until mile 12 with a down hill at the end. Great spectators, really liked the 1/2 hula hoops that made the soccer style arches around mile 6. Bands where better than the Seattle course.,
