Knowing this was a hilly course I didn't break out too fast. Smart move, felt great during the run and thought it was going to be a great race.
What would you do differently?:

Not get stuck on the opening corner of the run.

Don't have the splits for this. Wanted to have the shoes on the bike already but the grass was really wet, didn't want wet socks for the rest of the event.

Wet cleats made it difficult to get clipped in later on. Had real issues with that.
What would you do differently?:

Put the shoes on the bike.

First two laps were at a great pace, maybe a little fast, but was feeling good.

Had a flat tire at the end of lap 2, pushed me back about 25 minutes. I had forgotten my kit at home so I had to go to the sponsor booth to get fixed. Got back on and went back out.
What would you do differently?:

Not forget my tire repair kit.

Event comments:

The Lions club put on an amazing event! Was very impressed on the complete gambit of things for this. Volunteers, food, organization, and course were all stellar.

I can't speak highly of this event.
