placed well and ran a PR time for 5K
What would you do differently?:

Went out a bit faster than I wanted as I tried to get out of the masses. It was difficult to get a pace early in the race and you had to weave in and out of other runners

Warm down:

walked back to house.It was a 2 mile walk and perfect way to cool down from a great run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too much junk food during the two day traeling to CA

Event comments:

most crowded race I have participated in. for a great cause and still lots of fun
