This was marathon number three in two weeks and I felt pretty good but still took it easy.

I loved the Rock-Polka band, free bratwurst and beer and the Cheese medal at the end of the race.

Course: Flat and fast kind of figure 8 course that hugs Lake Michigan though you can't actually see the lake most of the time. There is maybe a mile or two of gravel road. It's a pretty decent course.
