Pre-race routine:

Drank too much coffee. Had Oatmeal for breakfast 90 minutes before instead of my usual bagel. Drank lots of water. Got about 8.5 hours of sleep the night before.

Comments:

Relatively flat course. Fast first half and then slowed down.
What would you do differently?:

Bagel instead of oatmeal for breakfast. Bring my own water because only 2 water stations. Hold back more in the first half.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Too fast in the first half. Legs were already tired from snowshoeing a couple days before!

Event comments:

The post race breakfast buffett was not the best.
