Comments: Decent enough 6 days after 26.2. Planned on pacing 8:00 until 10, but sped up at the turn. Felt strong until 11, and then was just sore. Nice recovery race. Gu at the turn. What would you do differently?: Drink a little more during the 1st half. ![]() Post race
Warm down: Walked. What limited your ability to perform faster: Full 6 days prior. Event comments: Due to backlog at park gate, postponed the race until 8:30, but started somewhat abruptly and unexpectedly at 8:20. Start was disorganized and chaotic.
