The wave was all men 35-49...I started wide,things got clogged at the 1st bouy as guys sprinted then fizzled.

Felt really good. I ran 8 miles on Friday & expected to be tired but the legs felt great.

I should have pushed faster, the legs were ready.

This is the 1st tri I ever did 2 years ago & my time for that race was 1:52...things have come a long way!
This was a training exercise for next week's Disney 70.3, conditions were perfect & several friends posted pr's.
