Pre-race routine:

No breakfast today, just coffee. Left the house about an hour before race time.
Event warmup:

Aside from beingr soaking wet after the race, lots of fun. I like racing to support a good cause.
What would you do differently?:

Actually drink some water before the race.

Warm down:

Quick walk through the parking lot to get water. By the time I finished it was raining pretty hard.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Rain, under-hydrated.

Event comments:

I was really impressed that so many people came out to support this on Thanksgiving, especially considering the weather.

Course: This was a great race. It is always fun, with lots of families running together. The course was much better this year and it didn't feel as crowded, even though there were significantly more runners.
