Comments:

Race went well. No complaints. Felt ready, although first mile was one of the fastest of the year, didn't feel I was over my head. Held 2nd mile, and decent lst mile. Probably best race of the year, just as planned. Beat some people that were beating me earlier in the year. Gratifying.
What would you do differently?:

For this race, ran as best as possible. Just keep training and increasing the load w/o getting injuried.
Post race
Warm down:

Waited around for teammates, walked back to building.

Event comments:

Love this race. Point to it every year and when things go as planned, what is there to complain about. Will take 2 weeks off, check left foot to see if there is a stress fracture or not. If so, can mean many weeks off. Also inside left glut hurting. Hopefully a few weeks off with some stregthening will straighten things out. Real good overall season, but was breaking down towards the end.
