Swim
Comments: Course was trinagular. I started in the 11 - 13 minute group not realizing that since I had taken all that time off from running and was swimming a bunch that I had improved so much. I shaved two minutes off my race time from last year. What would you do differently?: Nothing it went better than I thought it would. Transition 1
Comments: Next time I won't bother to dry off as much as I did this time.. Who knows what I was thinking other than... "brrr I'm a little cold"... Bike
Comments: I would have had a better time if I wouldn't have been pushed off the road if three people didn't try and pass me all at once. I ended up going into the gravel having to slow WAY down until I was at a speed that I could comfortably control my bike on rocks with and then turn back towards the road and go like a bat out of hell trying to chase down the jerks that did that to me. Transition 2
Comments: I really need to get a marker for my spot on the rack. I couldn't find my spot on the rack.. I looked like in idgit but the transition wasn't that bad. Run
Comments: This run course is killer but on the last mile I was able to throw a kick in there and pick up my pace. I know I've gotten faster from last year. Post race
Event comments: Love this race... I was able to shave 2minutes 45 seconds off my time this year. and last year I shaved two minutes off from the year before. Hopefully I will continue to get faster every year... Now on to the big race in 3 weeks.. My first long course of the season! Last updated: 2010-12-08 12:00 AM

Woke up bright and early on race day morning.. JK.. It was probably around 5:15am when I got up. I had 2 pieces of cinnamon raising bread with sugar on top. Gotta load up on those carbs. Once again JK but it was better than eating nothing which is what I usually do. Got to the race and everything went smoothly setting up my transition
