Comments: Run started off very slow. Took 32 seconds just to reach the starting line. Started in the middl of the pack. Nex time I will force my way to the front where the walker were at. Dont know why walkers are going to place themself at the front. Had to run, stop and weave around all the walkers. Once I got going the legs felt good but once I hit the 2.5 mile I ran out of gas and felt light headed. Decided to walk some. What would you do differently?: start at the front of the pack Post race
Warm down: walked and drank water What limited your ability to perform faster: Nutrition leading up to the race, also first 2 weeks of march did not run due bad shin splints, then piked the training back up to lay off another week becauce pulled groin muscle.
